Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Fire Horse purchase. If you are not, here is exactly how returns work.

30-Day Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items that have been assembled, used, or exposed to fire cannot be returned, except under the warranty or damaged-item terms below.

How to Start a Return

Email service@shopfirehorse.com or call +1 888-607-4417 (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm CT) with your order number. We will send you a return authorization and return instructions within 1 business day. Please do not ship a return without a return authorization.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will deduct nothing else: there are no restocking fees. If the item arrived damaged, is defective, or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full and will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will ship replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost to you.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because orders ship within 1 business day, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is handled as a return.

Warranty

All Fire Horse fire pits and fire rings carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled through our Support Center at shopfirehorse.com/pages/support-center.
