Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 1 business day from our warehouse in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Times

Orders ship by FedEx, UPS, or USPS and typically arrive 3–5 business days after your order is placed, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at service@shopfirehorse.com or +1 888-607-4417 (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm CT) and we will make it right.

Returns
